     Industrial Setup Technician

     Responsibilities:

          *machine setup for production runs

          *new equipment installations

          *preventative maintenance

     Skills required:

          *knowledge of single and 3-phase voltage systems

          *electrical & mechanical proficiency

          *PLC experience is a plus

     Salary based on experience/qualifications.

               After 6 months of continuous employment, employees are automatically signed up for both a

               Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy as well as Long Term

               Disability at no cost.

     Retirement Plan

               Compounding Solutions offers a Simple IRA plan, which is a retirement benefit similar to a

               401K.  Contribution amounts are at the employee's discretion.  The company will match a

               3% contribution.  After a six month probationary period for eligibility has passed, each

               employee will be offered the chance to sign up for this benefit.  There is a window of time

               in which employees may accept this benefit and each employ must reach eligibility by

               December 31st of that year.
